Step Five - Under Contract!
Once the contract is signed by buyer/s and seller/s, the buyers will coordinate home inspections and negotiate for any needed repairs. Title and appraisal are also ordered at this time and buyer/s conduct a final walk through 24-48 hours before closing.
Step Six - Closing Day!
The final stage of the buying and selling process involves a gathering of all involved parties and agents at the Glasshouse. It is here that the signing of the final paperwork takes place. This step usually occurs 30-45 days after an offer has been accepted!!!
